How long before my item ships?

The majority of items are made to order and may take up to 1-2 weeks to ship. Ready to ship items will ship within 3 business days. Custom pieces may take up to 4 weeks. Please reach out if you have time constraints and we will help you sort the best options.

What payment options are available?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, ApplePay and PayPal are accepted on the website. If you would prefer to pay via a Sepa Bank Transfer, please email your order and an invoice will be sent with banking information.

How long does shipping take? How much is it?

Standard free shipping, insurance, and tracking on all orders. Domestic and European orders are sent via Deutsche Post/ DHL. US orders under 500€ are sent via a courier with a final delivery by the USPS with and average shipping time of 10-12 business days. US orders over 500€ will be sent with Fedex or UPS with an average delivery time of 4-5 business days.

Will I have to pay import duty?

We must legally declare the full package value and contents. Metal Atelier/ Anna Butwell is not responsible for any customs or duties which must be paid when shipping internationally. Please reach out with any questions and we will help to find a solution.

How do I figure out sizing?

Reach out and we can send you a ring sizer free of charge. For other body parts, we have a selection of videos in our Instagram Highlights.

Can I return an item?

All items are guaranteed for one year against normal wear and tear. Stock items can be returned for credit or exchange for 30 days after delivery is made, customer must pay the shipping costs. Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is an issue with the workmanship, in which case we will do everything possible to fix the issue.

Do you offer wholesale?

Will you spam me if I join your email list?

We average about 2 emails in a good month with new collection releases, workshop schedules, and the occasional studio party.
